Guest Services
Welcome visitors, help them feel comfortable, assist with check-in, and guide them through the pantry.

Help pack groceries, assist guests with their selections, and load items for families.

What to Expect
General Requirements
- Age: Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Most roles are suitable for ages 14+.
- Physical ability: Some roles require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30-40 lbs.
- Attire: Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.
- Training: We'll show you everything you need to know — no prior experience required!
- Commitment: We appreciate regular volunteers, but we also welcome those who can only help occasionally.

Do I need any special skills or experience?
No special skills required! We provide all the training you need. The most important thing is a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Can I bring a group to volunteer?
Yes! We welcome church groups, civic organizations, and corporate teams. Please contact us in advance to arrange group volunteering opportunities.
Can I complete community service hours here?
Absolutely. We're happy to sign off on community service hours for students and others. Just let us know your requirements.
What days do you need volunteers most?
Our busiest times are during distribution hours: Wednesdays 9am-3pm and Thursdays 10am-2pm. But we also need help with stocking and prep work throughout the week.
